Selling to us is simple. You get a live quote, your price is locked, you ship your metal, and we pay you promptly once it is verified.
Our buy price is shown on every product page, and it updates with the market throughout the day.
How it works
- Get a quote and lock your price. Call us at 1-844-385-2790 for a live quote. When you agree, your price is locked and we email you a transaction confirmation.
- Send us your metal. With your confirmation, we email mailing instructions. Please ship your metal the same day you lock your price. We can provide an insured shipping label at cost, so your metal is fully protected until it reaches us.
- Get paid. When your metal arrives, we verify it and issue your payment promptly.
Once a price is locked, the sale goes ahead at that price, whatever the market does afterward.
How to pack your parcel
- Place your metal securely in a small cardboard box and attach the inner security label.
- Place that box inside a larger cardboard box.
- Tape it well and attach the outer label.
- Drop it off with the carrier named on your label.
How we pay you
- Wire transfer: 1 business day. $15 fee.
- Direct deposit: 1 business day. Free.
- Company cheque: 3 to 5 business days, by mail. Free.
What we buy
We buy gold, silver, platinum and palladium bullion, including coins and bars from refiners on the LBMA Good Delivery List. Bullion in its original packaging and in good condition gets the best price; deep scratches, dents or bends can reduce what we pay.
